Ok, i was wrong. This delegation has a lot of talent. We had singing, dancing, poetry, storytelling, an other follies at our talent show.
it was very funny.
today we went to the coliseum and the roman forum. it was hot, hot, hot! After that we went to the Hard Rock Cafe via the metro.
I had a great cheeseburger and fries. I needed some american food. Then the students had a treasure hunt, what they call a Riddle Rally, in which they went in groups to different monuments around Rome using a map. THey all made it in one piece. Including in this, was the Trevi Fountain, where most of them threw a coin in for a return to Rome. Along the way they visited the Pantheon, the Spanish steps and the Piazza Navona.
Dinner was wood fired pizza. Eventhought we were all full from the Hard Rock, it was the most wonderful pizza i have had.
tonight they are all in their beds, or at least they should be.
tomorrow we are going to Pompei and then an overnight ferry to Sicily. So tomorrow night, you most likely wont hear from your students.
