outside of Palermo, Sicily

Today we are at a school outside of Palermo, Sicily. 

 

Last night we were on a ferry boat from Naples to Sicily.  Apparently they have good Marsala wine here, and i am going to get some to cook with, i love chicken Marsala.

 

this morning we went to a Greek temple in the hills.  now the students are  having a people to people moment with some Sicilian students from this small town, i haven't gotten the name of it yet.  they are playing basketball and volleyball.  later we will be going to a village for free time and i think, think, there is a pool at this hotel.  lets hope because all of us are very, very hot.  

 

as for me, i am looking ahead to the home stay and the trip home.  one more week.  the students are aware of this and are trying to spend as much quality time together before they get separated.
